- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executives.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, as well as external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, clients, and external contacts.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure efficient and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and databases.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively provide support and assistance.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of executives.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants to ensure efficient operation and coverage.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts.
- Uphold the company's values and policies in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In An Executive Administrative Support Role
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With High-Level Executives
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
