  1. Manage executive team calendars and schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
  3. Proactively anticipate and address any potential conflicts or issues with scheduling or deadlines.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
  5. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as needed.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and customer service.
  7. Handle a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to: managing correspondence, filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  8. Collaborate with other administrative assistants to ensure seamless coordination and support for the executive team.
  9. Take initiative to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members and management to provide timely updates and progress reports.
  11. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and external partners.
  13. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
  14. Display a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In An Executive Administrative Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With High-Level Executives And Clients In A Professional Manner.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Create And Edit Documents, Spreadsheets, And Presentations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Maintaining Confidentiality And Handling Sensitive Information With Discretion And Professionalism.
