  3. Investigate and gather evidence to support potential fraud cases.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to share information and develop strategies to prevent fraud.
  5. Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve fraud detection methods.
  6. Communicate with customers, both internal and external, to resolve fraud-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of fraud cases and actions taken.
  8. Develop and implement fraud prevention procedures and policies.
  9. Train and educate other team members on fraud prevention techniques and procedures.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on fraud-related matters and participate in training and development programs.
  11. Proactively monitor and identify potential risk areas and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  12. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  13. Act as a liaison with law enforcement and regulatory agencies as needed.
  14. Provide recommendations for process improvements and assist in implementing new fraud prevention tools and technologies.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
