  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, both in person and over the phone
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their individual needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Educate customers about banking products and services, including account features, interest rates, and fees
  • Process account transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating to management when necessary
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in banking policies and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of customer information
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics set by the bank
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
