  1. Conduct thorough analysis of credit data and reports to identify potential risks and areas for improvement in the credit portfolio.
  2. Monitor credit trends and developments in the market, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Review credit applications and financial documents to determine creditworthiness of clients.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of credit information.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their credit needs and provide effective solutions.
  6. Communicate credit policies and procedures to internal teams and clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Identify and escalate potential credit issues to senior management and provide recommendations for resolution.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and audits of credit processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in credit risk management practices to ensure best practices are implemented within the organization.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for loan portfolio growth and risk management.
  11. Prepare and present reports on credit portfolio performance and make recommendations for improvement to management.
  12. Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a strong understanding of credit policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit analysis and monitoring activities.
  14. Continuously assess and improve credit monitoring processes to ensure timely identification and mitigation of credit risks.
  15. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to credit analysis and monitoring.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Credit Analysis And Monitoring, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Institution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Management Principles And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Financial Data Analysis And Reporting, Including Knowledge Of Credit Scoring Models.
