  1. Provide exceptional customer service to credit card holders by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of Chase Bank's credit card products and policies to accurately assist customers.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  4. Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately and efficiently in the customer service database.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in credit card regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Meet or exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction ratings, call resolution times, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  8. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend process improvements to management.
  9. Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Chase Bank brand with integrity and excellence.
