Job Description

The Client Service and Implementation Control Manager Associate works in close partnership with the Business and functional partners CCOR (Compliance Conduct Operational Risk), Legal, and Operations who are aligned to the Business. The Payments Client Service and Implementation Control Manager Associate role responsibilities include performing various business analyses and reporting to support key control monitoring, thematic reviews, risk analysis, control deep dives and assessments. Output is used to assess various business performance and to identify opportunities to reduce the Business risk profile.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of financial services experience in controls, audit, compliance, risk management or operations preferred

  • Proven track record in partnering across functions to proactively identify and understand Business risk impacts

  • Familiar with metrics reporting and their associated implications on Business decisions

  • Demonstrates confidences and sound judgement to influence a strong culture and risk management.
