- Develop and implement health programs and initiatives that align with the company's overall wellness goals and objectives.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees to identify potential health risks and provide personalized recommendations.
- Provide education and resources to employees on various health and wellness topics, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and mental health.
- Collaborate with other departments and managers to create a culture of wellness and support for employees.
- Offer individual counseling and support to employees regarding their health concerns and lifestyle changes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all employees.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest health and wellness trends and research to continuously improve and evolve the company's wellness programs.
- Collaborate with external health professionals and vendors to provide additional resources and support for employees.
- Participate in company events and activities to promote and encourage employee engagement in wellness initiatives.
- Act as a resource and advocate for employees' health and wellness needs within the company.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate regularly with employees to keep them informed about upcoming wellness events and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and policies.
- Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with employees, promoting open communication and a safe space for discussing health and wellness concerns.
- Serve as a role model for healthy behaviors and encourage a positive and balanced lifestyle among all employees.
Valid Nursing License And Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Corporate Health Setting.
Knowledge Of Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Including Osha And Ada.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Educate And Interact With Employees Of All Levels.
Ability To Assess And Manage Employee Health Concerns, Including Chronic Conditions And Acute Injuries.
Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Basic Computer Skills For Recordkeeping And Reporting Purposes.
