Supporting Catalyst Area Product Owners and Senior Business Analysts to find and proliferate best practices in building and using Salesforce and internal tools efficiently at scale. Being an active member of the design phase providing recommendations regarding what would make strong connection points between front- and back-office operations. Collaborating with multiple sub-lines of business to understand unique operations and practices, and how they translate into functional business requirements for development. Participating in AGILE scrum ceremonies with technical counterparts to help groom stories, playing an active role in understanding how technology works in order to deliver solutions. Actively managing JIRA technology backlog maintaining taxonomy, prioritization, and grooming the product solution stories. Acting as a resource and functionality expert to internal Catalyst team to support our super user community. Enabling the product team to promote transparency into the roadmap and deliver regular updates on product development, cost savings and value driven by the program.
