  1. Oversee the operations of the collections department and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed.
  2. Review and analyze delinquent accounts to develop effective collection strategies.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the collections team and provide guidance and support as needed.
  4. Implement training and development programs for the collections team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve any issues that may impact the collections process.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  7. Review and approve settlement agreements with debtors.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports on the department's performance to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to collections and implement necessary changes.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the collections process.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Collections Or Related Field

  • Strong Understanding Of Debt Collection Laws And Regulations

  • Proven Leadership Experience, Including Managing A Team And Setting Performance Goals

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Reporting, As Well As Experience With Collections Software And Systems.
