  1. Oversee a team of collection agents and ensure that they are meeting their goals and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection processes and increase collection rates.
  3. Train, coach, and mentor collection agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection agents, providing feedback and addressing any performance issues.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and legal, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
  7. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate successful collections.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with upper management to provide updates on team performance and progress towards goals.
  10. Conduct regular team meetings and provide regular training to ensure all team members are up-to-date on policies and procedures.
  11. Handle escalated customer complaints and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations related to collections.
  13. Use effective communication skills to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
  14. Ensure a positive and professional work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
