- Oversee and manage a team of collections agents to ensure efficient and effective management of client accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection performance and meet department goals.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Create and maintain reports on team performance and present to upper management.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing collections agents.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Monitor and analyze collection data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Work with other supervisors and managers to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Motivate and encourage team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Participate in recruitment and hiring of new collections agents.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and client satisfaction within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Collections, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Collection Laws And Regulations.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Collections Software.
