  1. Manage and maintain accurate collateral records for client accounts.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of collateral requests.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to collateral services.

  10. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information related to collateral records.
  11. Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  12. Utilize at least 2 years of experience in banking or financial services to make informed decisions and provide expert guidance on collateral management processes.
  13. Demonstrate a working knowledge of collateral management systems and software.
  14. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to collateral services.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Chase Bank and uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
