  1. Manage the offboarding process for clients transitioning out of their accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the offboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of banking processes and procedures to effectively guide clients through the offboarding process.
  4. Collaborate with various departments within the bank to ensure all necessary tasks and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the offboarding process.
  6. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service to clients, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  7. Keep detailed records of all offboarding activities and maintain accurate client information in the bank's systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all offboarding processes are in line with banking standards.
  9. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the offboarding process and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Relevant Experience In Account Management Or Customer Service.
