  1. Conduct thorough analysis and review of client accounts to determine appropriate offboarding procedures.

  3. Serve as main point of contact for clients during offboarding process and provide timely updates and resolutions to any inquiries or concerns.
  4. Utilize financial knowledge and expertise to recommend and execute appropriate account closure or transfer options for clients.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of offboarding activities and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or roadblocks in the offboarding process to ensure a positive client experience.
  7. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and professionalism when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to client offboarding and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in offboarding procedures and customer service.
  10. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed offboarding targets and goals set by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Client Relationship Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Particularly In The Banking Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Client Relationships And Negotiate Contract Terms.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining A Portfolio Of Clients, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
