  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  3. Collaborate with the business development team to identify and attract potential new clients.
  4. Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients and make recommendations accordingly.
  5. Monitor and manage the financial performance of existing clients, identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the market to better advise clients on their financial decisions.
  7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of services.
  8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products and services to existing clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
  12. Represent Chase Bank in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Continuously improve and enhance knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
  15. Attend regular meetings and trainings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
