  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in order to drive business growth and retention.
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  3. Identify and target new business opportunities within existing client base, as well as actively seeking out and acquiring new clients.
  4. Collaborate with various teams within the bank, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions and services to clients.
  5. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for financial products and services.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the market, and use this knowledge to develop strategies for growing and retaining client relationships.
  7. Manage and maintain accurate client records and data, utilizing CRM systems and other tools.
  8. Monitor and analyze client performance and provide regular reports to management.
  9. Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Chase Bank, promoting our values and commitment to excellence.
  12. Collaborate with other Business Relationship Managers and share best practices to drive overall success for the bank.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management Or Business Development.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of The Banking Industry And Financial Products And Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Identify And Address Clients' Needs And Develop Strategies To Achieve Business Goals.
