  10. Ensure compliance with all banking and financial regulations and policies.
  11. Continuously seek out new clients and network within the business community to expand the bank's client base.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to foster a culture of exceptional customer service and success.
  13. Stay updated on the bank's products, services, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate these to clients.
  14. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the bank.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services Offered By Chase Bank.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
