- Overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all clients, resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase branch profitability.
- Leading and managing a team of branch employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Collaborating with other departments within the bank to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of banking products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
- Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Handling escalated or complex customer inquiries or issues, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Participating in recruitment and onboarding of new branch employees, as well as conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback.
- Ensuring all employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Conducting regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to branch operations, including financial transactions and customer interactions.
- Staying updated on industry developments and best practices, and incorporating them into the branch's operations.
- Representing the branch and the bank in a professional and positive manner at community events and networking opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Retail Banking Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing A Team And Driving Operational Efficiency.
