- Oversee day-to-day operations of Chase Bank branches in Boise, Meridian, and Eagle.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve branch goals.
- Train, coach, and motivate branch staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and procedures.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and create action plans to address any areas of improvement.
- Act as a liaison between the branches and upper management, communicating any important updates or issues.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of transactions and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other branch operations leads to share best practices and drive consistency across all locations.

- Represent Chase Bank at community events and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and promote customer retention.
- Create and maintain branch schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
- Prepare and present performance reports to upper management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
5+ Years Of Experience In Branch Operations Management Within The Banking Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Deposit Accounts, Loans, And Investment Options.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing Teams To Achieve Sales And Service Goals.
Knowledge Of Local Market Trends And Competition In The Boise, Meridian, And Eagle Areas, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategies To Drive Branch Growth.
