
Branch Operations Lead

- Oversee and manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all transactions and processes.
- Train and mentor branch staff on operational procedures and ensure they adhere to company policies and standards.
- Monitor branch performance and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and satisfactory resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash flow and ensure proper balancing of cash drawers and vaults.
- Stay up-to-date with banking regulations and compliance procedures, ensuring the branch is in compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new operational processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in all branch operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, operational issues, and customer feedback to management.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while providing exceptional service to all customers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the branch team.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new branch employees.
- Handle any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management to support the overall success of the branch.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Banking Or Branch Operations.
Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing And Motivating A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Employees At All Levels.
Proficient In Financial Analysis And Reporting, With A Thorough Understanding Of Banking Regulations And Compliance.
