  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and productivity of the branch.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of branch employees to achieve individual and team goals.
  5. Train and develop new employees, ensuring they have a strong understanding of banking operations and customer service standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
  7. Collaborate with other branch leaders and departments to ensure consistency and alignment of operations and customer service standards.
  8. Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  9. Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in banking regulations to ensure compliance and implement necessary updates to branch operations.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  12. Proactively identify and address any operational issues or risks that may impact the branch's performance.
  13. Represent the branch in meetings and events, promoting a positive image of the company and its values.
  14. Collaborate with other branch leaders to develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving measures to increase the branch's profitability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Banking Operations, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Operational Efficiency And Achieving Performance Targets.
