  3. Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service by coaching and training employees on customer service best practices, addressing customer concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and community members to drive business growth and promote the bank's image.
  5. Results-Driven: Set and achieve branch sales and performance goals, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.
  6. Team Development: Identify training and development needs for branch employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support their growth and success.
  7. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and senior management, providing regular updates on branch performance, issues, and opportunities.
  8. Compliance: Ensure that all branch activities are in compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures, and take necessary actions to correct any issues.

  10. Community Involvement: Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the bank's brand and build relationships with potential customers.
  11. Financial Management: Manage the branch budget, monitor expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  12. Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve branch processes and procedures, implementing innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Business Administration, Or Economics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Banking Operations And Regulations, Including Knowledge Of Compliance And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficiency In Various Banking Software And Systems, Including Microsoft Office And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Tools.
