  15. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to proactively adapt branch strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Banking Products, Services, And Compliance Regulations.
