  1. Develop and design innovative solutions on the Azure platform to enhance the digital experience for our customers.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
  4. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Azure architecture and development to continuously improve our processes and systems.
  5. Ensure scalability, availability, and security of all Azure-based applications.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Azure applications.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and training purposes.
  8. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  9. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  10. Participate in agile ceremonies and provide status updates on project progress.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in Azure development.
  12. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
  14. Communicate project updates, timelines, and challenges to project stakeholders.
  15. Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve our Azure-based applications.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Azure Cloud Computing Technology, Including Proficiency In Microsoft Azure Services, Such As Azure App Services, Azure Functions, And Azure Storage.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles, Best Practices, And Design Patterns, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Delivering High-Quality Software Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Commonly Used In Azure, Such As C#, .Net, And Javascript, As Well As Experience With Scripting Languages Like Powershell.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Development Methodologies And Experience Leading Agile Teams, Including The Ability To Mentor And Coach Team Members, Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, And Drive Continuous Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Leadership To Gather Requirements, Provide Technical Guidance, And Deliver Solutions That Meet Business Needs.
