- Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cash levels, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty.
- Train and develop branch staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and security of cash and branch operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to ensure the branch's operations are in compliance.
- Prepare and submit reports on branch performance and sales activities to the Branch Manager and upper management.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new branch staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and inclusivity.
- Represent the branch and the bank at community events and networking opportunities to enhance the bank's brand and presence.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through innovative solutions and exceptional service.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Banking Or Financial Industry, With A Focus On Customer Service And Operations.
Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team.
