  1. Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cash levels, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  2. Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty.
  4. Train and develop branch staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
  5. Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
  6. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create and implement marketing and sales initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  7. Ensure compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and security of cash and branch operations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to ensure the branch's operations are in compliance.
  11. Prepare and submit reports on branch performance and sales activities to the Branch Manager and upper management.
  12. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new branch staff.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and inclusivity.
  14. Represent the branch and the bank at community events and networking opportunities to enhance the bank's brand and presence.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through innovative solutions and exceptional service.

Job Qualifications
