- Support the Branch Manager in overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including daily transactions, account openings, and compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention, and drive sales growth.
- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and team goals, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, and maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating branch staff, and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, and ensure the branch operates in a compliant manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve branch efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Represent the bank in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, and build strong relationships with customers and the community.
- Act as Branch Manager in their absence, making critical decisions and maintaining smooth operations.
- Participate in meetings and trainings as required, and provide input and feedback to improve branch performance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Procedures.
Previous Experience In Banking, With At Least 2-3 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
