- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage daily operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining branch security and compliance.
- Lead a team of employees by setting performance goals, providing training and coaching, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Continuously monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, and take proactive measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively promote and cross-sell to customers and increase branch revenue.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and provide guidance and support to team members in resolving them.
- Collaborate with other departments and branches to foster a culture of teamwork and support company-wide initiatives.
- Act as a role model for the company's values and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with customers and employees.
- Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and best practices.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times and represent the company in a positive manner in the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Goals And Driving Business Growth.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Banking, Preferably In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Banking Products And Services, Including Lending, Investments, And Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Lead A Team.
