  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the Specialized Services division.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
  3. Actively listen and effectively communicate with clients to identify opportunities for additional products and services.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze client accounts to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client accounts.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the financial market to better serve clients.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or risks with client accounts.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  12. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other's growth.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  14. Represent Chase Bank in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and reputation.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Banking Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Understanding Of Specialized Services Such As Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Or Investment Banking.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Handle Multiple Client Accounts And Projects Simultaneously.
