- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Specialized Services division.
- Assess clients' financial needs and goals and create customized strategies to help them achieve their objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial services to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as investment advisors and wealth management professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Monitor clients' financial portfolios and make necessary adjustments to ensure their goals are being met.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Specialized Services division.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of financial products and services offered by Chase Bank.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Specialized Services, Such As Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Or Commercial Banking.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Focus On Customer Satisfaction And Retention.
