- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and activities.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Provide support and assistance to trainers and trainees during training sessions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Communicate training updates and schedules to employees and managers.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during training.
- Partner with HR to ensure compliance with all training requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate with external training providers to source and deliver relevant training programs.
- Continuously seek feedback from employees and managers to improve training programs.
- Support the company's culture of continuous learning and development by promoting training opportunities and resources.
- Act as a liaison between employees, trainers, and managers to facilitate a positive training experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Training Coordination Or Related Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Deliver And Facilitate Training Programs.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Learning Management Systems.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.
