- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide support in identifying the best candidates for their teams.
- Continuously monitor and report on sourcing metrics to determine the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing campaigns.
- Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices Is Essential For A Talent Sourcing Partner, As They Will Be Responsible For Finding And Attracting Top Talent For The Company.
Previous Experience In Talent Sourcing/Recruiting: Ideally, Candidates For This Position Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Talent Sourcing Or Recruiting, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Knowledge Of Sourcing Strategies And Tools: A Successful Talent Sourcing Partner Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Sourcing Techniques And Tools, Such As Social Media, Job Boards, And Linkedin, To Effectively Identify And Engage With Potential Candidates.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Build Relationships With Both Internal Stakeholders And External Candidates Is Crucial For A Talent Sourcing Partner To Be Successful In Their Role.
Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: This Role Requires A Data-Driven Approach To Sourcing, So Candidates Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And Be Comfortable Working With Recruitment Metrics And Analytics To Evaluate The Success Of Sourcing Strategies.
