  4. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  5. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their role.
  6. Utilize sales techniques and strategies to close deals and meet sales goals.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues.
  8. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competition.
  9. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  11. Set and enforce performance expectations and provide appropriate consequences for underperformance.
  12. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address any concerns.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  15. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve team performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: A Successful Supervisor For Smb Telesales At Charter Communications Should Have A Strong Background In Sales. This Includes Experience In Both B2B And B2C Sales, As Well As A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
