  1. Lead and manage a team of multi-tenant sales representatives to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
  2. Train, coach and mentor sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our products and services.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for multi-tenant sales.
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
  5. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure effective coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify potential sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Act as a liaison between sales team and upper management, providing regular updates on sales performance and market insights.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster business development and customer retention.
  10. Drive a culture of exceptional customer service and professionalism within the sales team.
  11. Identify and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  12. Oversee the preparation and submission of sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
  13. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the sales team to keep them informed and motivated.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and services.
