- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Credit Services team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of job performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth and effective credit services processes.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Train new team members on credit policies, procedures, and systems.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in credit and collections regulations to ensure compliance.
- Create and maintain reports on team performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Communicate and reinforce company policies, procedures, and values to team members.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Services Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Credit And Collections Policies And Procedures.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field Preferred.
