Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor of Credit Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of credit analysts and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our credit services department. We are looking for someone with a strong background in credit management and excellent leadership skills.   1. Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure the timely and accurate processing of credit applications and requests.
  2. Monitor the performance of the credit services department and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of credit processes.
  4. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and billing, to resolve credit-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Analyze credit data and make informed decisions regarding credit approvals and denials.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and trends in credit management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Effectively communicate with upper management to provide updates on department performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints related to credit services.
  12. Manage the department budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
  13. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  14. Participate in meetings and contribute to company-wide initiatives and projects.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the credit services department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Services, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit And Collections Processes, As Well As Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Credit Management Software.
