
Supervisor, Credit Services

- Manage and lead a team of credit specialists to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of customer credit inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Credit Services department.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are knowledgeable about credit policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Billing and Collections, to resolve complex credit issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in credit regulations to ensure compliance.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support credit services operations.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment to drive team performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions and bonuses.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by the team.
- Communicate department updates and performance metrics to senior management.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the Credit Services department.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Services Or Collections, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Credit Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Performance Goals And Targets.
