  1. Manage and lead a team of credit specialists to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of customer credit inquiries and concerns.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Credit Services department.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  4. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are knowledgeable about credit policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Billing and Collections, to resolve complex credit issues and provide excellent customer service.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in credit regulations to ensure compliance.
  7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support credit services operations.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement.
  11. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment to drive team performance.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions and bonuses.
  13. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by the team.
  14. Communicate department updates and performance metrics to senior management.
  15. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the Credit Services department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Services Or Collections, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Performance Goals And Targets.
