- Lead and manage a team of credit specialists to provide excellent customer service and achieve department goals.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate handling of credit-related tasks.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex credit issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve credit services offered to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze credit reports and data to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, department metrics, and other relevant data to upper management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Participate in recruiting and hiring processes to build a strong and diverse team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve credit processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Credit Services Or Related Industry
Knowledge Of Credit And Collection Laws And Regulations
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
