  1. Lead and manage a team of credit specialists to provide excellent customer service and achieve department goals.
  2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate handling of credit-related tasks.
  3. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex credit issues and provide solutions to customers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve credit services offered to customers.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Monitor and analyze credit reports and data to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  10. Prepare and present reports on team performance, department metrics, and other relevant data to upper management.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric mindset.
  12. Participate in recruiting and hiring processes to build a strong and diverse team.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve credit processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  15. Serve as a role model for the team by exemplifying company values, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Credit Services Or Related Industry
