  1. Oversee the daily operations of the credit services department, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Lead and manage a team of credit representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them meet performance goals and deliver exceptional service to customers.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the credit services department, including streamlining processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues or challenges.
  5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, in all aspects of credit services operations.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in credit services practices and regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  8. Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries or issues and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Train and onboard new credit representatives, providing them with the tools and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development within the credit services department.

Job Qualifications
