  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Spectrum Enterprise's solutions.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for growth.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the healthcare market to effectively position Spectrum Enterprise's offerings.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on Spectrum Enterprise's solutions and how they can benefit healthcare organizations.
  8. Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure customer retention.
  9. Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and decision makers.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities and sales pipeline in CRM system.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and materials for the healthcare market.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  13. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Serve as a brand ambassador for Spectrum Enterprise and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance guidelines.

Job Qualifications
