  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the healthcare industry
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Use strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create and implement strategic plans for client retention and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape, and use this knowledge to inform business strategies and client interactions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and identify areas for improvement or growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and proactively address any potential challenges
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key insights, progress, and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM system
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services to potential clients
  • Train and mentor junior account managers and collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to account management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Within The Healthcare Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Maintaining Strategic Partnerships With Healthcare Organizations

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Landscape And Industry Trends
