
Sr Human Resources Generalist

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address employee development needs.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support on performance management and employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational changes and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
5+ Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 3 Years In A Generalist Role
Experience With Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
