As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.   1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and values.
  2. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  3. Conduct performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
  4. Manage and oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  5. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create strategic workforce plans.
  6. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  7. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  8. Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees.
  9. Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.
  10. Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
  11. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies.
  13. Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related matters and provide guidance and support.
  14. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices and processes.
  15. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Sr Human Resources Generalist Should Possess A Strong Educational Background In The Field Of Human Resources To Effectively Manage The Various Responsibilities Of The Role.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources: This Position Requires Significant Experience In The Field Of Human Resources, Preferably In A Similar Role Or In A Leadership Position.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: A Sr Human Resources Generalist Should Be Well-Versed In Federal And State Employment Laws To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Potential Legal Risks For The Company.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Level Position, A Sr Human Resources Generalist Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees, Managers, And External Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Hris And Other Hr Software: In Today's Digital Age, A Sr Human Resources Generalist Should Have Experience Working With Human Resources Information Systems (Hris) And Other Hr Software To Efficiently Manage Employee Data And Processes.
