
Senior Network Operations Center Technician
Charter Communications is seeking an experienced Senior Network Operations Center Technician to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will lead the Network Operations Center, ensuring that all network operations are running efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure network uptime, performance, and scalability of our services. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues.The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center and a working knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and networking services. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders. Candidates should also possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a customer-first attitude. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
