  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through programmatic advertising partnerships.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new programmatic opportunities and develop customized solutions for clients.
  4. Work closely with ad operations and analytics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of programmatic campaigns.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  6. Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
  7. Manage relationships with programmatic partners and negotiate contracts and pricing.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programmatic campaigns.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and evolving technologies to continuously improve programmatic strategies.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new programmatic initiatives and products.
  12. Track and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of programmatic campaigns.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to programmatic advertising.
  14. Continuously analyze and optimize programmatic processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Programmatic Advertising: A Senior Manager, Programmatic Account Management Should Possess A Strong Understanding And Experience In The Programmatic Advertising Landscape. This Includes Knowledge Of Programmatic Buying Platforms, Rtb, Dsps, Dmps, And Ad Exchanges.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing Large-Scale Campaigns: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated History Of Effectively Managing And Optimizing Programmatic Campaigns For Large-Scale Clients. This Includes Setting Campaign Goals, Implementing Strategies, And Achieving Measurable Results.

  • Strong Communication And Client Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Manage Client Relationships And Expectations. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Involves Managing A Team Of Account Managers, So The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Team Management And Leadership. This Includes Setting Goals, Providing Guidance And Support, And Conducting Performance Evaluations.
