- Oversee and manage various HR programs and initiatives to support the company's growth and success.
- Act as a key member of the HR department and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular training and workshops to educate employees on HR-related topics, such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and coordinating orientation and training.
- Support employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to employment and HR.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to leadership.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through initiatives and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and provide HR insights and recommendations.
- Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
- Act as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, promoting the company's values and culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Senior Hr Generalist Role, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Experience In Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition Strategies.
