  1. Develop and implement compensation strategies and policies that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  3. Provide recommendations for salary ranges, bonuses, and other forms of compensation based on market research and internal data.
  4. Review and approve job descriptions, job evaluations, and salary adjustments.
  5. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand and anticipate compensation needs and make proactive recommendations.
  6. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation.
  7. Create and maintain compensation-related reports and dashboards to track and communicate key metrics and trends.
  8. Lead and participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to gather market data and assess competitiveness.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to compensation and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Train and educate managers and employees on compensation policies, procedures, and practices.
  11. Handle complex compensation issues and provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive compensation information.
  13. Collaborate with other HR functions such as benefits and talent acquisition to ensure a holistic approach to total rewards.
  14. Lead and participate in compensation-related projects and initiatives.
  15. Mentor and develop junior compensation analysts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis And Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Manipulation Using Advanced Excel Functions And Hris Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles, Laws, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Compensation Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
