
Retail Store Manager (Bilingual Spanish)

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales associates, driving sales performance, and ensuring the overall success of our retail store. - Lead and develop a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to increase sales.
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment that motivates and empowers team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandised to meet customer needs and company standards.
- Monitor and manage store expenses to meet budget targets.
- Collaborate with other store managers and company leaders to share best practices and drive overall success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make informed business decisions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, recognition, and development opportunities for team members.

- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to maintain a strong and diverse workforce.
- Represent the company and its values at all times, both in-store and within the community.
Fluency In Spanish: As A Bilingual Spanish Retail Store Manager, The Ability To Communicate Effectively In Both English And Spanish Is Essential. This Includes Having Strong Verbal And Written Skills In Both Languages To Effectively Serve A Diverse Customer Base.
Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Position. This Includes Experience In Managing A Team, Meeting Sales Targets, And Providing Excellent Customer Service.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Store Manager Must Be Able To Lead And Motivate A Team To Achieve Company Goals. This Includes Setting Clear Expectations, Providing Feedback And Coaching, And Creating A Positive Work Environment.
