- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals, providing coaching and feedback as needed to improve performance.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing inventory orders to ensure the store is well-stocked with the latest products and services.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication among team members.
- Monitor and manage the store's budget, making sure expenses are within budget and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for all team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with other retail store managers and company leaders to share best practices and drive overall company success.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Vendors.
Proficient In Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Sales Techniques.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field Is Preferred, But Not Required.
