Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Monitor customer service standards and ensure that they are met.
  3. Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.
  4. Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail associates.
  5. Foster a positive working environment and encourage effective communication among team members.
  6. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  7. Stay up to date with market trends and developments in the retail industry.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Monitor store expenses and budgets.
  10. Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales.
